The accreditation from ‘The Workplace Engagement Specialists’ is about excelling in every area throughout the workplace and an organisation's commitment to its most important asset - its workforce.

For a company to be awarded the accreditation, Best Companies looks at factors such as:
how employees feel about the head of the organisation, senior managers, and the organisations values and principles.The survey revealed that employees have trust and confidence in the company and their managers, are proud to work for the company and feel they are part of a great team.
